The sCO2-4-NPP partners will present their project results at a Final Symposium on 8th and 9th June 2022 at KSG in Essen, Germany.
The Final Symposium is the last major project event to share the achievements of the project and to explore the wider impact these results will have for the sector in Europe and beyond.
The first day features presentations and discussions with both project partners and invited speakers. The second half-day consists of site visits to the KONVOI simulation room to observe the real-time coupled simulation of the sCO2 heat removal system with the virtual NPP and to the Glass Model for the sCO2-HeRo loop demonstration of heat removal.
This Symposium will be of interest to nuclear power plant operators, researchers and safety authorities and to sCO2 researchers working on applications in other sectors.
The Final Symposium is free to attend and open to the public. The first day is organised as a hybrid meeting, with both in person and remote participants. The site visits of the second day are in person only.
